Prep time: 10minutes
Cooking time: 15minutes
Portions: 2/3 people
Ingredients:
100gr flour + flour to taste for flouring
1 golden or white onion
1/2 glass of very cold sparkling water
1/2 glass of very cold lager (you can omit it but instead of 1/2 glass use 1 glass of sparkling water)
Vegetable oil for frying to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:
Clean and cut the onion into rounds of about 1cm.

Prepare the batter by putting the flour, beer, water, salt and pepper in a bowl and stirring well with a whisk to dissolve the lumps.

Take the onion rings, dip them first in the flour and then in the batter and fry them in hot oil (180°) for a couple of minutes or until golden brown.

Transfer them on blotting paper to remove excess oil.

Serve and enjoy with some sauce to taste.❤
