⌚Preparation time: 15minutes
⏱️Cooking time: 1h5′
🍽️Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:
800gr pork
500gr of potatoes
400gr tomato passata
2 carrots (1 cut into cubes, 1 cut into rounds)
2 cloves of garlic
1 celery stalk
1 onion
1 glass of red wine
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 sprigs of thyme
Evo oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Wash and dice the onion, celery, 1 carrot and the garlic and fry them with some evo oil on a medium heat for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean and dice the pork and as soon as the fried meat is softened and coloured, add the meat and fry for 10 minutes, pour in the red wine and let it evaporate, add the tomato passata, rosemary and thyme, season with salt and pepper and cook with the lid on for 10 minutes.

In the meantime wash and cut the potatoes into cubes as big as the meat and the carrot into rounds. When the time is up, add them to the meat and, if necessary, add 1 glass of water or stock, stir and cook over a low heat for 40 minutes or until the meat has softened.

Your stew is now ready to be served and enjoyed with good bread and a glass of red wine.❤

If you liked it, share it!!!🥰
