Servings: 4 people
4 large potatoes(750gr)
3 cloves of garlic
Rosemary to taste
Olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper .qb.
Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, place them in a large bowl.
Chop the garlic and rosemary.
Dress the potatoes with oil, salt, pepper and the chopped garlic and rosemary.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and place them in a single layer, pour over the remaining seasoning in the bowl and bake at 200° for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven, leave to cool for a moment and serve.❤️
