Nutella cookie cups (English version)

For Nutella lovers, here are Nutella Cookie Cups, the tasty alternative to the classic cookies.
Quick and easy to make. Warning!!! Because they’re so good, you can’t beat them😋.

Prep time: 15minutes
Cooking time: 12/15minutes
Portions: 20
190gr plain flour
115gr butter at room temperature
100gr sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
1 pinch of salt
Nutella for garnish

In a bowl (I used the planetary mixer) work with the whips, the butter with the sugar until you get a light and homogeneous mixture, add the vanilla essence, the egg and mix a few seconds.
Incorporate the sifted flour with the bicarbonate and a pinch of salt.
Knead for a few minutes to obtain a smooth dough.

With the help of an ice cream scoop (4cm diameter), or you could weigh about 20gr of dough, make little balls and put them in the greased mini muffin tray.

With the oven preheated, bake at 180° for 12/15min.

Once cooked let them rest for a few minutes and with a small glass, a mini rolling pin or the handle of a spoon create the hole of the cup.

Fill with nutella or with another cream of your choice, I have also used whipped cream and mascarpone cheese, decorate as you like.❤️
