They are a classic of Anglo-Saxon and USA cuisine , and as they are sold in fast food restaurants, they are known all over the world. They come in a variety of flavours – meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan – to satisfy every palate.

500 g minced beef
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
4 burger buns (Recipe here: https://cucinacongaudy.com/?p=1378)
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 slices of tomato
4 lettuce leaves
Oil, salt and pepper to taste
Put the minced meat, parsley, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl and mix well. Let it rest for 10 minutes so that the meat can take on flavour. After this time, divide the mixture into 4 parts (125 g).
Heat the griddle over a high heat and cook the hamburguer for 8 minutes, turning once when almost cooked.
When the meat is almost cooked, place 1 slice of cheddar on each hamburger and once melted you are ready to serve.
Take the bun, add a leaf of salad, the hamburguer with the melted cheese, complete with a slice of tomato and if you like a slice of onion. Close the hamburguer with the other slice of bread and serve with some fried or wedge potatoes and onion rings .❤
