Broth is a basic recipe in all the world’s cuisines, suitable for preparing simple soups and stews or as a seasoning for more elaborate dishes such as roasts and risottos, very easy to make as well as very tasty. According to popular tradition, it is used to fight colds and warm the body on cold winter days.
It can be made with meat, fish or vegetables, and if it is homemade it is obviously more nutritious than the classic ready-made stock cube found in supermarkets.
Today I leave you my version of chicken broth, but you can use other types of meat, add other vegetables and spices to your preference.
